Shipping within the United Kingdom

Pennine Tea and Coffee supply the whole of the United Kingdom including England, Wales and South to Mid Scotland, Ireland (North and South) and all outlying Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland etc). However, where you live will affect how quickly you receive your goods and how much it may cost. To make our shipping policy clearer, we have seperated our shipping area into different zones which you can select in CART to apply the correct shipping charge for the area you live in. We are a catering wholesaler, so if you intend to purchase goods from us it is advisable to spend over £50 + VAT and get free shipping in England, Wales or South to Mid Scotland or reduced shipping in other areas. Orders under £50 + VAT will be charged £7 + VAT shipping to England, Wales or South to Mid Scotland (Zone 1) or the prevailing rate for other shipping zones.
Next day carrier deliveries by Interlink Express - orders must be placed before 1pm to get next working day delivery. (Only available for items in stock)

Zone 1 Interlink Express - Mainland England and South Scotland
Zone 1 shipping covers England, Wales and South to Mid Scotland. Please see the guide map below for more information.  Zone 1 receives shipping by next day carrier on items in stock and orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day and arrive the day after. Standard shipping charges are £7 + VAT. Orders over £50 + VAT will receive free delivery. However we ship your goods, someone should be available to sign for receipt of the goods at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm. Work address should be used for delivery if in doubt, Interlink will try to deliver 3 times before returning the goods to us, in which case they will charge us £15 + VAT for a failed delivery. We will charge an additional £7 + VAT to resend your goods if they are returned to us, or you should arrange your own collection method from us. Should your order be urgent you can choose to upgrade to next day before 12am delivery - this costs £14 + VAT. Limited areas can get a Saturday delivery for an additional charge of £26 + VAT. If you require any products urgently you should always e-mail first to check stock availability before placing your order, if items are out of stock we will hold an order until the stock is available. If an item is out of stock and not due to arrive within a few days, we will ship the remainder of your order and ask you to reorder the out of stock item.

Zone 2 Royal Mail and Parcelforce Standard - North Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Ireland
Zone 2 shipping covers the furthest reaches of Scotland, outlying islands of the UK and Northern Ireland. Orders upto a maximum of 20kg will cost £14.00 to ship by parcelforce standard and will take 5 working days to deliver. Orders over £50 + VAT will be shipped free but will still take 5 working days. Orders small or light enough to send by Royal Mail will be charged according to the weight. Some areas may be able to receive a carrier upgrade for quicker delivery for £25 + VAT, e-mail for more information.

Zone 3 Royal Mail and Parcelforce Standard - Southern Ireland
Zone 3 shipping covers Southern Ireland. Orders upto a maximum of 20kg will cost £25 + VAT to ship by Interlink and will take 5 working days to deliver. If you are in Zone 3 we suggest you e-mail to confirm shipping.

Customers in Zone 1 can request a delivery to arrive next day before 12am. Shipping charge is £16.45 including VAT. The parcel must be signed for at the delivery address.

Z1 B410.30 - Upgrade your shipping to next day before 10.30 - check stock availability on the items you are ordering first
Customers in Zone 1 can request a delivery to arrive next day before 10.30am. Shipping charge is £27.00. The parcel must be signed for at the delivery address.

Z1 SATURDAY - Upgrade your shipping to Saturday Delivery - e-mail to check stock availability on the items you are ordering first
Customers in Zone 1 can request a delivery to arrive on a Saturday, Interlink Express charge a premium of £30.55 for this service and there are no guarantees for this service. You must check we have the items you are ordering before you place your order.

EU - Shipping within the European Union on a 5 day service
We can ship goods to countries within the EU, the actual cost will be worked out based on your location within the EU with a maximum order weight of 31.5kg. Once you have placed your order we will calculate the actual shipping cost and adjust the value of your order accordingly, you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm the actual shipping cost before payment is taken and the order shipped.



Where next day shipping is available, no guarantee is made that the goods will arrive next day. Although there is an average 90% success rate, no liabilty will be accepted for failure of goods to arrive due to mis-directed parcels or problems with access to delivery address. Pennine Tea and Coffee accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by failure of goods to arrive. Any damaged goods received should be indicated when signed for, if in doubt sign UNCHECKED. Always ensure you have the number of packages you sign for.
